:: About Our Chocolates ::
Until recently, these chocolates were only available in our retail stores. Enough customer requests have come in that we now offer these selections through the mail.
If we were to describe all of the effort that goes into making these, it might prompt some of you to ask "why bother?" That kind of response comes from someone who has yet to experience what it's like to eat a fresh, all-natural, handmade chocolate.
Once you do, any questions about how anyone could put so much effort into making something so small and decadent are answered by tastebuds you didn't know existed.
Almond Butter Crunch
Soft milk chocolate surrounds crunchy toffee, handmade in copper kettles. Often called English Toffee.
Pecan Caramel Clusters
We make a dozen varieties of clusters; these are the most popular. Often called Chocolate Turtles.
Peanut Butter Cups
Handmade in three layers. Difficult to make, but impossible to resist.
Dark Chocolate Almonds
The salty-sweet combination has more than a few of us here addicted.
Vanilla Caramels
Salted caramels covered in dark chocolate.
Dipped Apricots
A hand-dipped classic.
Dipped Orange Peels
There is something about the taste combination of orange and chocolate that you must discover.
Coconut Delight
We're very picky about coconut in chocolate, but we've perfected it.
Dipped Ginger
This is not "candied" ginger. It is fresh and tender, and quite unlike anything you've ever conceived of.
Chocolate Covered Marzipan
Marzipan is sweet, dark chocolate is not. A delicious combination!
