cup LCC
Unsweetened Cocoa
3 scant cups flour
2 cups sugar
2-1/3 cups warm water
2 teaspoons baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups melted butter
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
(There are no eggs in this recipe)
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir
in the wet ingredients. Beat until smooth. Butter a tube cake
pan and dust with flour. Bake in oven at 350° degrees
for one hour or until toothpick is removed dry.
Frost
with Mocha Buttercream Frosting.
